I really don't have much to say but that this is the best purchase I've made in over five years. The flavor is out of this world and it doesn't have a bad odor like some of the idiots who have stated it in other reviews. I love it and bought 4 boxes and I'm almost out!

In my personal rating system this coffee got an Excellent which means I actually crave it. Yes, there is a burnt element but it is burnt sugar. Burnt sugar is a legitimate flavor that was popular in the 50's maybe the 60's. There were recipes for Burnt Sugar Cake and Burnt Sugar frosting. My husband likes this coffee too. I think this is a love, hate situation; you don't just like this coffee you either love it or hate it. See if you can get a sample before buying 2 boxes.

Remembering the distinctive Kahlua taste, I wanted to try the Kahlua original coffee pods. It's pleasantly mild with no bitterness. I get a hint of the Kahlua taste more from the coffee's smell than its taste. It has become my favorite.

I just received my box of Kahula and it wasn't bad. It really smells of carmel and rum when brewing but it's a good cup of coffee. It has no after taste and gets better each time I brew one.
