This oximeter does exactly what it claims to do. I even took it to a doctor appointment for my dad and it matched the in-office oximeter almost exactly.

I just ordered a second one of these for a friend of mine. I have a son with asthma and find it so helpful to monitor how he is processing the oxygen within his body. This provides an extra level of "peace of mind."

Seems to work well. I have not used it much, but it does not appear that it likes motion while it is trying to read the pulse.
Red digits are easy to read but are upside down if you are trying to test yourself.

I sue this pulse ox at the hospital and at home everyday. Small, portable and great thing is that it runs on just AAA batteries (rather than those button batteries). Works as well as the mid portable machines at work that I have seen. Great price and good for even just monitoring heart rate.I have only owned it or a month, which is why I have limited my rating to a 4 star
