Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
A University of Colorado study proves the Prostretch stretches the heel cord more effectively by preventing the malalignment and compensatory pronation associated with wall or stair stretching. The ProStretch directs body weight into its heel cup, which prevents co-contraction and weight bearing on the metatarsals.

5 out of 5 stars Great Stretch!   October 31, 2009

This device provides a very good stretch. Recommend for tight calves, tight achilles, or plantar fascitis.

This is exactly what physical therapy has me use. The price was appropriate for the product. The delivery service was very quick. Thanks!

5 out of 5 stars Take the PT routine home   September 8, 2009
lch (Lincoln, NE)
My physical therapist has me using the Medi-Dyne ProStretch as part of my routine in the clinic. To some extent one can get the same results by placing the ball of one's foot on a step and putting your weight on that foot. In fact that was part of the routine I was to follow at home. I often experience foot pain in the ball of my foot when attempting this. The ProStretch accomplishes the same exercise goals but distributes the body's weight across the whole bottom of the foot and eliminates the pain I was experiencing while providing a better stretch than the "step" routine.

5 out of 5 stars Got me out of physical therapy   August 14, 2009
Erin G. (New York, NY USA)
Having a ProStretch at home has made all the difference for me. It has allowed me to keep my calves from tightening up and making it difficult for me to walk properly. My one caveat is that it works much better with sneakers on, which makes it a little annoying when you want a quick stretch before bed. But that's really a minor complaint.
