Bought three and two of them stopped working November 25, 2009 T. Santos I bought one for myself and two for friends..one stopped counting after three days and the other after two weeks! Very dissapointed, I really enjoyed it while it worked!
Great Pedometer November 24, 2009 Eileen Phillips (Florida) I really love this pedometer. It counts your overall steps, plus it keeps track of how many of those steps were walked at a moderate pace (at least 3 MPH) and for how long. The distance and calories burned are also calculated. Another great feature is that it keeps track of 7 prior walks. If you want an accurate pedometer, I would highly recommend this product.
Excellent product! High quality, basic pedometer November 18, 2009 K. C. Saechao (Los Angeles, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
First and only pedometer. You get what you pay for, so it's about twice the price of a truly cheapy model, but with THIS Omron, it's a really quality product. The plastic is heavy and durable, the spring for the clip is firm and has yet to fail. It's accurate, has a clock, a memory for the past 7 days, can calculate calories burned from your height and weight. It's accurate to +/- 2 hundredth of a mile to me; my average step is about 2ft at 5'6" in height.
I bought two at once, one for me and one for my wife. We compete everyday and aim to break that 10,000 step per day goal. Quite fun and I personally highly recommend it.
I now know I work too hard November 14, 2009 Stanley C. Wentworth (Atlanta, GA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I own and operate a home maintenance busniess. I wondered why I was so worn out at the end of the day. Now I know. I am running around like my hair is on fire and I am walking and moving more than I thought. This Pedometer was easy to set up and easy to read after a day of work. This is the first one I have ever had so I have nothing to compare it to but this one works for me. So far so good.
Item OK but it all depends on Omron's customer service representative November 12, 2009 Naomi S. (CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had one Omron pedometer that worked perfectly for a couple of months but I lost it:-). Bought a second one that "got stuck" and stopped counting my steps after 2 weeks.I called Omron Customer Service and a very unfriendly lady said I should change the battery (after 2 weeks!) and that is what happened often when buying the product at Amazon. As that did not make any sense and she was not willing to provide any other solution I hang up and called again. The new lady that picked up was friendly and helpful and solved the issue in 5 minutes, by guiding me in changing the settings. Now the pedometer works fine and I wish somebody at Omron would read this review and do what needs to be done at their Customer Service Department...
